BBL Trainer Program Requirements & Guidelines
🩺 1. Applicant Eligibility Criteria
To be eligible for the NCS BBL Trainer Program, prospective applicants must fulfill the following professional requirements:
- Must be a certified Medical Doctor, Nurse, Pharmacist, Physiotherapist, Medical Laboratory Scientist, or Imaging Scientist.
- Must possess a valid, current practice license issued by the official professional regulatory body to which the applicant belongs.
- Master Trainers: All Master Trainers can become BBL Trainers if their institution so desires.
💳 2. Training Fee & Equipment Package (₦300,000)
The ₦300,000 fee covers the complete training package including:
🏛️ 3. Training Methodology & Cohort Structure
Led by at least two (2) Master Trainers. Each cohort is strictly capped at a maximum of 20 participants to guarantee hands-on mastery.
Following physical training, prospective trainers must observe and participate in at least 20 training sessions (virtually or physically) within 3 months.
📜 4. Certification, Unique ID & Recertification
- Final Certification is awarded strictly after completing the 3-month mentorship period and fulfilling the minimum of 20 observed training sessions.

Unique Identification Number: Each certified trainer is assigned a unique BBL Trainer ID (e.g.,
NCS-BBL-TR-004) and publicly published on the official NCS website directory. - Biennial Recertification: All certified BBL Trainers must undergo recertification every two (2) years at a cost determined by the NCS from time to time.
