About the BBL Basic Life Support Program
The Bring Back to Life (BBL) initiative is the flagship cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) advocacy and training program of the Nigerian Cardiac Society (NCS). It is designed to equip medical personnel, allied healthcare staff, corporate security teams, and public first responders with life-saving skills needed to reverse sudden cardiac arrest (SCA) in pre-hospital and hospital settings.

BLS Training Site Requirements
- Certified NCS BBL Resuscitation Training Center accreditation.
- Equipped with adult, child, and infant CPR mannequins with feedback sensors.
- Standardized BBL training manual and customized instructional slides.
- Supervised by a licensed Basic Life Support Instructor.

Instructor Licensing & Validity
- Official NCS BBL Trainer Identification Number issued upon course completion.
- Listed on the verified public NCS BBL Trainer Registry.
- Mandatory biennial recertification (every 2 years) to maintain active license.
- Minimum requirement of 20 practical training sessions within initial 3-month period.
