Prof. Alikor, Chizindu A is a Professor of Cardiovascular Medicine in the Department of Internal Medicine, Faculty of Clinical Sciences, College of Medical Sciences of the Rivers State University, Port Harcourt, Nigeria and a consultant Physician and Cardiologist at the Rivers State University Teaching Hospital. He currently serves as the Head of Department of Internal Medicine at the Rivers State University and Rivers State University Teaching Hospital, Port Harcourt, Rivers State. He was also the pioneer Head of Department of Nuclear Medicine at the University of Port Harcourt Teaching Hospital. Prof. Alikor had the opportunity to study within and outside Nigeria to qualify as a Physician/Cardiologist and a Nuclear Physician.
