As World Heart Day approaches, Lagos Executive Cardiovascular Centre and Access Heart Foundation are excited to invite you to a special event at Olumo Rock, focused on heart health and raising awareness about heart diseases.

We will be creating awareness around this important issue through a series of events including a hike on Olumo Rock, talks by cardiologists and the dietician, and free health screenings.

•⁠ ⁠Healthy Snacks & Refreshments: Refuel with heart-healthy snacks after the hike.
